National Star is seeking an IT Services Engineer to provide effective customer-focused IT support at their Ullenwood campus in Cheltenham. This role involves maintaining and developing IT services, ensuring high availability and reliability for staff and users.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks. You will work collaboratively within the IT Services Team to deliver first and second-line support for various technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and a range of devices.

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary range of £27,500 to £32,000 per annum and is based onsite at Ullenwood.
