As our new IT Service Desk Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, supporting colleagues with technical issues through our service desk application and over the phone.
You’ll use your troubleshooting skills to assist with common IT problems, escalating more complex issues as needed. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, learning new technologies, and growing your IT expertise in a dynamic environment.
