Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for users requesting technical assistance, using problem‑solving diagnostic techniques.
- Ensure positive IT user experiences through timely resolution of tickets and maintaining clear communication with users.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of common problems, troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
- Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the organization’s ticketing system or knowledge base.
