• Dealing with existing internal candidates in the UK/Ireland and guiding them about the UK job market.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Creating and optimizing technical resumes and LinkedIn profiles for the candidates.
• Setting up the UK job board for the internal candidates.
• Hiring candidates as per the organization’s requirement.
• Onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
• Getting up candidate profiles in the ATS and following up as per guidelines.
