1st shift Job Description Develops business functional and technical test plans on moderately complex application implementation and development. Executes the testing of technology systems ensuring quality and efficient systems performance.Coaches and mentors less experienced testing analysts. Understands various testing methodologies Familiar with Oracle database applications. Creates and executes various testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts) based on technical and user requirements. Provides feedback of testing results to development teams ensuring fixes or enhancements are incorporated prior to scheduled releases. Ensures all applications adhere to high quality standards.
