Position: IT Project Coordinator



Location: MOA Pasay City

Setup: Full time onsite

Schedule: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm

Salary: 70,000 - 80,000

Must be available to start ASAP, Initial offer is PROJECT BASED



Qualifications:



- Must have 2+ years experience in IT Project Coordination

- Expert in using MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)



Job Responsibilities:



Support project planning and execution Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and document minutes

Coordinate project logistics - rooms, meals, vendor access/permits, etc

Coordinate/communicate updates between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Assist in resource allocation and task assignment tracking

Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
