Academic Requirements

Bachelor's or master degree in information technology engineering, or project management field.

Soft Skills

• Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring new technical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
• Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.
• Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.
• Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
• Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices.
