We are seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and contract management activities within the IT Department. This role is responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle—including sourcing, PR/PO processing, vendor coordination, contract drafting, negotiation, and administration—while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Procurement Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to support IT initiatives, enhance procurement efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across procurement and contracting processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at building strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors, playing a key role in optimizing value, strengthening governance, and enabling the department's strategic objectives.
