Work Schedule: Primary support for US Business Hours with 24x7 support coverage; Onsite - 5 Days a Week

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of overall experience in network operations, with strong exposure to enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in team leadership or people management roles.

Mandatory Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
