Duties and Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Systems Management:
- Manage and maintain all hotel IT systems, servers, networks, Wi‑Fi infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Oversee cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection protocols.
- Manage hotel management systems (PMS), POS systems, booking platforms, VOIP, CCTV, access control, and integrations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and management.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
AI & Digital Innovation:
- Identify opportunities to improve hotel operations using AI and automation.
- Implement AI‑driven solutions to streamline workflows, reporting, communication, reservations, guest services, and administration.
