Manage a team of IT vendors (overseas and local) to ensure effective operations of our IT infrastructure in Singapore HQ and giving peripheral support to the offices in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam
Deliver innovative technological advancements and bring digital transformation to our business via a cloud infrastructure platform
Manage a MSO365 environment with experience in SharePoint and Teams Sites collaboration coupled with MS Intune experience
Manage multiple tenant and licensing management of O365 including a robust ticketing system
Planning and responding to network outages and installing, supporting, and maintaining servers or other computer systems
Preservation of company data and information security, control structures, network access and backup systems
Maintain and implement systems and IT administrative documentation including SOP and operational workflows
