This person will be responsible for ensuring a high level of operational stability and service delivery, supporting Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams to meet SLA targets and business expectations.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure specialists and IT support teams, acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
