Lead and oversee all Information Technology operations across a 5-star beachfront family resort, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support both guest experience and hotel operations.
Manage and maintain the resort’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, business applications, POS, guest internet services, telecommunications, and end-user support, while ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
Drive technology initiatives, cybersecurity compliance, preventive maintenance programs, and system enhancements to support operational excellence, business continuity, and digital transformation.
Partner closely with department heads, corporate IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective technology solutions, project implementations, and continuous improvements across the resort.
