Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the IT function, managing dayâtoâday operations and longâterm planning
Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software
Proactively identify IT gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
Ensure that system security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place
Provide technical support and guidance to internal users as required
