As an IT Junior Business Analyst, you are responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to document and validate business requirements, create comprehensive documentation, analyze data and processes for improvement. You will assist in UAT, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide end-user training, maintain documentation, and conduct ad hoc data analysis to support business initiatives.
