Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an IT intern who can commit to at least 3 months . This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure, working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, including operating systems and applications
• Observe and support Microsoft 365 administration tasks (Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange, Defender)
• Provide Level 1 support: log, diagnose, and resolve basic IT issues for local and remote users
• Update and maintain help-desk tickets and documentation
• Regularly update asset inventory lists
• Collaborate on IT projects, coordinating with vendors under supervision
• Ad hoc assignments from the IT Manager
