IT Infrastructure Support Executive

Our client is currently hiring for the position of IT Infrastructure Support Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain & support IT infrastructure components, including cloud technologies, servers, network devices, storage, and backup systems

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues

• Support Microsoft 365 Suite, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and print services

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, system diagrams, and configuration records

• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure support
