• 3-5 years in infrastructure support across Windows Desktop and Server environments
• Solid Microsoft 365 experience – Azure, Intune, Teams Rooms
• Networking know-how – switches, VoIP, LAN/WAN
• Cloud technologies experience
• Disaster recovery setup and configuration
• 1st and 2nd line support with SLA-driven ticketing discipline
