Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This role is responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the stability and security of the organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of IT Helpdesk or Technical Support experience, a strong technical background, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
