This role

 is responsible for the timely triage and resolution of IT tickets, questions, requests and incidents. This includes creation and management of accounts, devices, technical troubleshooting and escalation when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a history of interacting directly with staff to resolve technological issues. They will also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and positively to all staff. 

💼 What You’ll Do

Employee Onboarding

  • Assign, configure and coordinate accounts and devices 
  • Provide appropriate technology training as part of staff onboarding 
  • IT Support

  • Actively monitor, prioritize, resolve and escalate IT-related requests and incidents 
  • Maintain accurate and complete ticket records 
  • Provide in-person and virtual troubleshooting and resolution
