Key Responsibilities
  • Modern Infrastructure & End-User Support
    • Serve as Tier 1 point of contact, diagnosing hardware, OS, and networking issues.

  • Agentic AI & Process Automation (The Stretch Projects)
    • Interview departments to document manual processes and visualize repeatable digital flows.
    • Build Agentic workflows using tools like LangChain, Zapier, or Make.com to automate tasks across apps.
    • Integrate AI chatbots into the service desk for self‑service requests such as password resets.
