Have at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or a higher degree.
Familiar with Level Support and its escalation, and providing incident reports or other reporting on a timing matter on both hardware and software.
Have at least 4+ years of experience supporting desktop, laptops, mobile devices, networks, scanners, printers, or other peripherals.
Able to handle and resolve computer hardware and software incidents and requests.
Able to install, troubleshoot, and support computer hardware and software, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, keyboards, printers, and scanners.
Experience with troubleshooting Windows 7, Windows 10, SharePoint, Microsoft software, iOS, VDI, VPN, networking, scanners, printers, and other peripherals is a plus.
