Key Responsibilities

• Perform posting of DCR for the company
• Handle posting of new sales transactions
• Manage and process CMIS transactions accurately
• Canvas and source computer hardware as needed
• Troubleshoot desktop-related issues and provide basic technical support
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving network and system concerns

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in computer hardware components and setup
• Proficient in software installation and configuration
• Ability to research and apply solutions for network and desktop troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Degree in IT or any relevant course
