Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Provide end-user IT support for onsite and remote employees
• Prepare, deploy, and configure new workstations, laptops, and software
• Redeploy, decommission, and securely wipe equipment in accordance with IT policies
• Perform quarterly backups and secure hard drive wipes
• Maintain workstation and server antivirus and endpoint security tools
• Monitor, investigate, and remediate antivirus and cybersecurity alerts
• Ensure password and security policies are consistently followed
• Apply operating system and software updates as directed by the IT Manager
• Conduct annual workstation audits, documenting hardware, OS, software, and compliance
• Remediate any policy or security issues identified during audits
• Assist with IT projects and other technical initiatives as needed
