            What You Will Do  Analyse business workflows and identify process improvement opportunities 
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications 
Support ERP optimisation and ensure data integrity across systems 
Develop and maintain management dashboards and operational reports using Power BI 
Coordinate with internal technical teams on system and data deliverables 
Support digitalisation and transformation projects from requirements through to delivery 
Maintain SOPs and support audit readiness across key processes 
Provide cost-saving analysis and recommendations to management 
 What We Are Looking For  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field 
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central
