 Job Scope  Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders 
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand business needs and objectives 
Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation 
Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications 
Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and business users throughout project implementation 
Support solution design, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities
