**IT Business Analyst**
**We will count on you to**:
- Oversea Elicit requirements from business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create test cases & perform functional testing.
- Manage communications with clients and end-users.
- Provides traceability of business requirements to IT solutions and ensure system testing encompasses existing capabilities of the solution as well as future function point requirements.
- Support the Project Manager by coordinating planning, development, testing and documentation of projects to ensure timely deliverables, project success and quality.
**What you need to have**:
- 5 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst preferred
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Resourceful, self-starter, flexible, pro-active, and customer oriented.
