            Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo MAS Manage and IBM Tririga. 
Drive modernization of legacy EAM systems and property management into the Maximo MAS platform. 
Design, own, and deliver integrations with multiple systems. 
Lead integration with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion and SAP Ariba. 
Design and build advanced reports and dashboards using BIRT. 
Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation activities. 
Collaborate with vendors and system integrators to ensure successful delivery. 
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices. 
Prepare technical documentation and architecture designs. 
Conduct stakeholder demos, workshops, and end‑user training. 
Qualifications 5–10+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo.
