Scope of Job
Responsible for complex programming and providing high level administrative support for university wide IT applications. Oversees the implementations, installations, interfaces, and upgrades done by multiple IT teams and university departments to optimize the effectiveness and efficiencies of the interaction of information systems and organizational processes.

Description of Duties

+ Assists with the planning and leading of application installations, upgrades and interfaces, including applying vendor provided fixes/patches.

+ Plans, schedules and engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously with competing deadlines.
