Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software.
Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing, scanner, biometric system, CCTV etc.
Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites.
Deploy, manage and troubleshoot user workstation and computer equipment
Monitor anti-virus activity, reporting and update
Create user guide, maintain record and IT documentation
Perform inventory management of hardware and software
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent preferred
