We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Administrator to manage and maintain the café’s digital infrastructure. This role will oversee all IT-related systems including POS platforms, customer engagement technology, security systems, and networking. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and customer-focused, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support all IT systems including POS, Wi‑Fi, digital displays, payment processing, and reservation platforms.
