The Role
As the ISG Leader & Tech-Sales Manager Switzerland, you will lead the local Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business, overseeing both sales and pre-sales organizations while driving the country’s technology strategy. You will combine strong commercial leadership with deep technical expertise to accelerate growth, deliver customer success, and position Lenovo as a trusted innovation partner across enterprise, public sector, and partner ecosystems.
You act as a senior leader, trusted advisor, and people manager—representing the Swiss business both externally and internally, while shaping the future direction of our technology and solutions portfolio.
