SPECIFIC OUTCOMES: Responsibilities: Attend all aspects of the IS&T support function for all South Africa branches, as well as the Botswana & Namibian offices. Authority: Control access to the computerized systems, obtain program modifications where necessary, create and modify user profiles and licensing for software, manage access to Vo IP system and modifications, as well as ensure that each user’s individual access meets his/her professional requirements, within the parameters of the system. Duties: Respond to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
