MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate III or IV in Irrigation or Diploma in Irrigation and a current Chemical Certificate.
  • Minimum two (2) to five (5) years experience in the horticultural or Almond sector.
  • Strong understanding in the use and storage of fertilizers and sound knowledge of horticultural principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop irrigation and nutrition programs.
  • Decent computer skills, with a solid understanding of programmed maintenance or irrigation infrastructure.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with good communication skills and the aptitude to assist in budget and tracking actual expenses.
  • Capability to organize and supervise staff with a team orientated approach to have a positive impact and drive results.
  • Current unencumbered car drivers licence.
