IPHC Merit Scholarship 2026

The International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC) is pleased to announce the call for applications to our Merit Scholarship for the year 2026. The IPHC aims to support the educational pursuits of students associated with the Pacific halibut industry.

The IPHC Merit Scholarship offers financial assistance to students pursuing higher education at universities, technical colleges, or other post‑secondary institutions, and who have direct links with the Pacific halibut industry in either Canada or the USA.
