THE ROLE

We are seeking a Chinook Mk6 Synthetic Training System Instructor to join our team based at RAF Odiham.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Chinook Mk6 synthetic training and ground instruction to whole crews.
• Deliver mission training, including multi‑aircraft formations.
• Provide mission planning and scenario preparation.
• Develop, update, and maintain training syllabi in accordance with the Defence Systematic Approach to Training (DSAT).
• Create and present after‑action review briefings.
• Diagnose and assess crew skills.
• Support STS training schedules.
