As an Inwards Goods Team Member at PlaceMakers Cook Street, Auckland CBD branch you’ll be the go-to person for accurately receipting and managing incoming stock, ensuring our shelves are full and our valued building trade customers get what they need, when they need it. Your day will be varied and hands-on, combining precision with exceptional customer service working closely with the wider team to maintain stock accuracy, support the yard and showroom, and make sure everything is where it should be.

Accurately check and receipt all incoming goods using our internal systems and digital tools 

Manage special orders and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams 

Monitor and drive cycle counts to keep inventory accurate 

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly 

Process product returns, repairs, and warranty claims
