The invoice administrator is based in Dubai United Arab Emirates and caters to all customers in the Middle East and Africa.

• Assume responsibility for MEA WA invoice submission for all Flow Controls key customers.
• Review contracts & orders received from LBP/Sales and ensure the invoices are aligned.
• Load & manage invoices into customer financial sites.
• Co-ordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure the shipment has been delivered as per the INCO‑terms.
