You will act as a key contributor to the Canada and United States Asset Owner Client Service teams within Investor Services, with a focus on supporting tactical and strategic governance and project management across a variety of disciplines.

What you will be responsible for

As Oversight Control, AVP you will:

• Be responsible for Client Service’s Billing Governance Program overseeing millions of dollars in aged receivables and the quarterly reserves working closely with Finance Controllers, Billing, Client Service, Relationship Management and Canada and Asst Owner Portfolio Leads. You will act as an SME, produce regular reporting, follow up with owners and identify and escalate issues.

• Lead key risk initiatives for the Canada and US Asset Owner teams through business as usual (BAU) risk/compliance maintenance and monitoring and project managing issue specific remediation projects. This includes acting a...
