Investor Accountant

Do you welcome challenges and finding solutions to unique situations? In the Investor Accountant role, you'll be:

• Reconciling GSE Custodial P&I and T&I accounts. Preparing reconciliations of general ledger and bank accounts, including balancing, research, and timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Researching, resolving, and clearing GSE exceptions, including all hard and soft reject findings to resolution.
• Monitoring compliance with investor reporting and accounting, as well as generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
• Facilitating audit requests by gathering, validating, and providing documentation for GSE and other Investor Internal and External audits as needed.
• Monitoring P&I Custodial accounts to ensure accurate processing of monthly advances, recoupments, and Investor remittance. Reports payoffs, loan modifications, and corrections to GSEs accurately and timely....
