Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a supportive and team-oriented financial back-office environment.
• Ensure all received documentation is complete and adheres to both industry standards and internal company policies.
• Accurately enter all financial and non-financial transactions related to fund firms into the transfer agency system.
• Participate in peer-to-peer quality assurance processes.
• Uphold exceptional service standards through consistent high-quality performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical or financial services role (asset).
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, capital gains, fund compensation, and
• investment account operations is an advantage
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
