The Opportunity

We are seeking an Investment Manager to join our office in London. This individual will take end-to-end ownership of investment activity, from sourcing and underwriting through to execution and asset-level value creation. The role is analytical and relationship-driven in equal measure, suited to a natural business developer who wins trust quickly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source, screen, and originate value-add and development opportunities across the living and operational real estate sectors, through your own network and through brokers
• Underwrite and build detailed financial models, including development appraisals and multi-tier cash flow and waterfall models, owning the assumptions throughout
