            Job Title: Associate – Investments (Renewable Energy)  Job Responsibilities  Build, refine, and maintain project‑level and portfolio financial models from scratch 
Perform detailed financial analysis including valuation, sensitivities, scenarios, and project returns 
Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committee 
Support end‑to‑end transaction processes: due diligence, financial structuring, documentation review, and execution 
Evaluate greenfield, brownfield, and acquisition opportunities across solar, wind, hydro, and BESS in Southeast Asia 
Conduct regulatory and market analysis in core SEA markets (for example Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand) 
Work with development partners and internal teams to assess project feasibility and risks (grid, permitting, land, offtake, technical)
