Job Purpose

We are looking for an Investment Analyst to support deal sourcing, analysis, and execution across Southeast Asia. The analyst will assess deal feasibility, help structure equity, convertible bond, or debt transactions, and contribute to the end‑to‑end deal process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation documents, including pitch books, brief company descriptions and proposals across multiple industries.
• Support the team in origination and deal‑sourcing efforts in the region.
• Build and maintain financial models for relevant companies and projects.
• Perform investment research, analyze and write reports on deals or companies.
• Assist in the execution of live transactions.
• Handle client queries and provide general assistance to senior team members.
