The Professional Standards Department are looking to recruit an Investigative Support Manager, on a part time (26 hours) basis to provide advice and knowledge on complaints against the police and internal conduct matters.

Managing the administration team on a day to day basis. Conducting final assessments on proportionate investigations, determining the need for disciplinary proceedings or appropriate action when necessary.
