Responsibilities

• Coordination of material flows from suppliers to the Region Middle East.
• Implementation of logistics standard processes for scaffolding in the region.
• Replenishment and inventory management of the future Scaffolding HUB.
• Coordination with Scaffolding Product Management to optimize material utilization.
• Supporting the demand planning process of scaffolding material.
• Ensure overstock material exchange with other areas to guarantee optimized material utilization.
• Analysis and evaluation of the supply chain processes with regards to potential improvements.
• Definition and implementation of system requirements within Doka's supply chain planning tool.
• Rapid response interface management within the supply chain and internal stakeholders (Corporate offices, Area Teams, Countries).
• Development and implementation of KPI dashboards to ensure a transparent reporting process.
