Job Description

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient management, accuracy, and control of all inventory within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that materials, products, and supplies are properly tracked, stored, and available to meet production and sales demands. The Inventory Supervisor will lead a team, implement inventory control procedures, and collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular physical counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure all inventory records in the system (ERP or inventory software) are accurate and up-to-date.
