Inventory Specialist Job Summary The Inventory Specialist will to support our Government customers supply chain operations across VA locations. This role is responsible for the movement, receipt, staging, storage, and organization of supplies to ensure efficient, compliant, and accurate inventory flow. Inventory Specialists play a vital role in maintaining operational readiness by supporting timely receiving, proper storage practices, and accurate distribution in alignment with VA procedures. Functions and Responsibilities Receive, unload, and move incoming supplies and materials using Government-furnished equipment (e.g., carts, pallet jacks, bins, scanners) when authorized. Break down pallets and prepare materials for storage or distribution. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
