Responsibilities
Perform daily stock count, record daily movement, and do stock adjustment.
Updates excel worksheet on all outgoing shipment to insurer for insurance coverage at the end of the day.
Compute insurance value and arrange stocks for insurance.
Issue Transfer Order (TO), Marketing Loan (ML), Manual OA (spare parts), Proforma Invoice (PI)/ Commercial Invoice and Tax invoices.
Coordinate/manage the transportation of goods, including import and export activities permit / cites and carnet, and ensure full compliance.
Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Perform quarterly/half-yearly and annual stock-take and reconcile when there is discrepancy.
Perform consignment billing/ Inter-company billing and ad-hoc direct billing.
Attend to enquiries and support sales department to facilitate sales transactions.
