Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily inventory of bakery ingredients flour, sugar, yeast, dairy, etc.
  • Maintain accurate stock records using inventory software and Excel.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Follow FIFO method to manage stock rotation and expiry control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.
  • Prepare purchase orders based on production requirements.
  • Track stock consumption and generate daily, weekly, monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Minimize wastage and control inventory costs.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Inventory Control / Store Management (Bakery/Food Industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of stock management systems.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Understanding of FIFO & food safety standards.
